د چارو د لا ښه والي په موخه، د بغلان ولایت د شهیدانو او معلولینو چارو رئیس محترم ملا احسان الله عابد په مشرۍ اداري غونډه ترسره شوه. په یاده غونډه کې د اړوندو برخو کارکوونکو ګډون کړی وو.

په دې غونډه کې محترم ملا احسان الله عابد د (۱۴۰۵) مالي کال لپاره د یتیمانو، کونډو او معلولینو د سروې په موخه د کمېټې د جوړېدو پر څرنګوالي، د بېلابېلو څانګو ترمنځ پر لازمې همغږۍ په رامنځته کولو، په پوره ژمنتیا سره د دندو ترسره کولو، د مراجعینو سره د ښه سلوک او د‌ چارو د چټکتیا په هکله کارکوونکو ته لازمې سپارښتنې او لارښوونې وکړې.
