The Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs held meeting with Security and Defense officials in order to accelerate salaries payment

On Monday April 19, 2021 the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs visited with officials of Ministry of Defense, Interior Affairs, and General Directorate of National Security and discussed about accelerating the salaries payment of heirs of martyrs and military disabled and more significant issued.

The significant points of this meeting were paying the salaries of 1400 and remained years of heirs of martyrs and military disabled, previewing and verifying documents, separating fake and true documents, provide transparency, modifying law, strengthen the coordination and cooperation with relevant offices.

The representatives of security and defense sectors shared their advices, suggestions and requests in case of providing transparency for documents of heirs of martyrs and military disabled with Leadership Board of Ministry, and promised every kind of helping, coordination and joint work from their offices.

Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Acting Minister for Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs appreciated from continues cooperation and coordination of security and defense offices with this ministry, and impacted on more strengthen of cooperation and coordination. He pointed out that bringing reformation and sustaining transparency in work affairs are responsibilities of relevant offices. So, based on this we are trying to complete the reviewing and verifying documents as soon as possible. They need to biometric and take Electronic Identity Cards in order to receive their salaries.

Mr. Farooqi stated that based on suggestions and advice of representatives of security sectors, transparency and coordination of verifying and reviewing committee, we have to jointly take a legal decision in this case in order to pay the salaries of heirs of martyrs and military disabled immediately. And including the civil martyrs and people with disabilities, the salaries of remaining years of them also will pay after the completing process of reviewing documents.
