یاده غونډه چې د کابل ولایت د شهیدانو او معلولینو چارو رئیس محترم قاري شمس الامین زهیر په مشرۍ ترسره شوه، په هغه کې د یاد ریاست د محاسبې او تأدیاتو مدیرانو ګډون کړی وو.

په دې غونډه کې د روان مالي کال په درېیمه ربعه کې یتیمانو، کونډو او معلولینو ته د میاشتنۍ نغدي مرستو د ورکړې پر څرنګوالي او دغه راز د یادې پروسې د چټکتیا په اړه بحث وشو او د ياد بهیر د لا ښه والي په موخه اړوند کارکوونکو ته لازمې لارښوونې وشوې.
